Happy = Better Life


A Way way to train your brain, therefore yourself to be happy.
21 Days Project
  1. Write down three things each day, that you are grateful for. 
  2. For 5 minutes each a day sit quietly watching your breath go in and out. 
  3. Record in a journal one positive experience you have had in the last 24 hours. 
  4. Write one positive email each day to someone in your online social support network.
  5. Spend 20 minutes outside exercising in good weather.
